Jens Voigt
Jens Voigt Host & Co-Founder Digital WorldBike The German former professional road bicycle racer and, upon retirement, cycling sports broadcast commentator, Jens Voigt raced for several teams during his active career. Having participated in the Tour de France an astonishing 17 times, winning the Critérium International a record-tying 5 times and winning a number of other races, the passionate cyclist is very popular and well-known among cycling fans. This year, he will be hosting the Digital WorldBike to build a global cycling community and make a sustainable, positive impact in cycling safety worldwide.
Klaus Bondam
Klaus Bondam CEO, Danish Cyclists' Federation Klaus Bondam is the CEO of Danish Cyclists’ Federation representing the interests of and working to improve cyclists’ conditions in Denmark. Mr. Bondam has a wide-ranging career spreading from nationwide famous actor, to Mayor of Technical and Environmental Affairs in Copenhagen and now represents the millions of everyday cyclists in Denmark. During his years as a political leader, Mr. Bondam contributed significantly to making Copenhagen a game changer on the international cycle scene with the best possible conditions for cyclists. Copenhagen is today a living proof of a city with a modern sustainable mobility and a strong focus on liveability.
Marco te Brömmelstroet
Marco te Brömmelstroet Director of Urban Cycling Institute, University of Amsterdam Marco te Brömmelstroet holds the chair of Urban Mobility Futures at the University of Amsterdam. His teaching centers on the relations between mobility behavior and urban form. The research focus of him lies on understanding how we think, talk and act in the domain of mobility. As founding academic director of the Urban Cycling Institute he created the Summer School on Planning the Cycling City and the Coursera MOOC Unraveling the Cycling City
Chris Bruntlett
Chris Bruntlett Marketing & Communication Manager, Dutch Cycling Embassy Chris Bruntlett is Marketing and Communication Manager at the Dutch Cycling Embassy, a public-private partnership that represents the best knowledge, experience, and experts from the Netherlands. As a long-time campaigner in Vancouver, he fell in love with Dutch bike culture in 2016, inspiring him to co-author the book, “Building the Cycling City: The Dutch Blueprint for Urban Vitality”. Chris uses his knowledge and passion to share practical lessons for global cities wishing to follow their footsteps, and become better places to live, work, and—of course—cycle.
Aleksander Buczyński
Aleksander Buczyński Policy Officer in European Cyclists' Federation As a Policy Officer in European Cyclists' Federation, Aleksander Buczyński works on including the needs of cyclists in the EU regulatory framework for road infrastructure safety management and trans-European transport networks. His work experience also includes Polish Academy of Sciences and General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Polish national road administration). He was lead author of first country-wide reports on cycling accidents and cycle traffic measurement in Poland. In addition he has been responsible for the update of the EuroVelo European Certification Standard, training route inspectors in the area of infrastructure and supporting national and regional partners in development of action plans for EuroVelo routes.
Dan Cavallari

Dan Cavallari Technical Editor, VeloNews Dan Cavallari has spent the last five years as the technical editor of VeloNews Magazine, the premiere bicycle racing publication in the United States. He is the author of several novels, and has appeared in GQ Magazine, Triathlete Magazine, Bicycle Retailer, CX Magazine, and many more. Cavallari also recently contributed an essay to "EBike" by Martin Haussermann, a VeloPress book. He lives outside of Denver, Colorado with his wife and daughter. Jonas Deichmann

Jonas Deichmann Adventurer & Motivational Speaker, Jonas Deichmann Adventures GmbH Adventurer and extreme athlete Jonas Deichmann has set multiple world records and completed all big continental crossing in record time. During his speech "Cape to Cape - The Art of Never Giving Up"Jonas tells the fascinating story of his last big journey - 18.000 km from Cape North at the Arctic Ocean to Cape Town in a new record time of 72 days and completely unsupported.
The journey led Jonas through the endless wilderness of the Arctic, across Russian highways, the Middle East, the Sahara desert and finally the wildlife areas in Southern Africa. He experienced the hospitality of locals, crossed mindblowing landscapes and enjoyed the freedom of following his big dream. The price: he goes daily to his limit, suffers from multiple food poisoning, sleeps in an Egyptian prison cell and faces several dangerous encounters with people and animals.
In this speech he will talk about his experiences on the road and gives insights into the mindset that makes such challenges possible.
Tanja Erath

Tanja Erath Professional Cyclist for UCI Women’s WorldTeam CANYON//SRAM Tanja Erath, the 30 year old pro rider for CANYON//SRAM took quite a deviation into professional sport and cycling itself. She spent most of her sporting career in triathlon and most of her working life shespent in the medical section, completing both, nursing and medical school. The final turn to cycling was brought by the talent identification program called „The Zwift Academy“ offering a contract with a professional road cycling team to the winner, that Erath won 2017.
Putting her medical career on hold, she´s now already racing for the 3rd year on the highest level of the sport.
Raluca Fiser
Raluca Fiser President of the World Cycling Alliance & Vice President of the European Cyclists Federation Raluca founded in 2009 Green Revolution Association, the first Romanian NGO of urban ecology that implements measures underlying the building of a green city. As Managing Partner in 2007 she launched the first Romanian media organization on environmental business and legislation, called Green Report. As well as that she is a developer and operator of the Ivelo (www.ivelo.ro) bike-sharing projects.
Dirk Friel
Dirk Friel Co-founder and Chief Evangelist of TrainingPeaks Friel is co-founder and Chief Evangelist of Peaksware Holdings, a collection of technology businesses with a strategic vision to help motivated individuals learn new skills through deliberate practice. Peaksware’s brands include fitness apps TrainingPeaks and TrainHeroic, as well as the music education companies MakeMusic and Alfred Music. Friel’s first startup was TrainingPeaks, which he co-founded with his father Joe Friel. TrainingPeaks helps endurance athletes and coaches manage their training programs. His passion for helping coaches and athletes came from being a professional cyclist and later a professional cycling coach. Friel was selected as the 2017 Business Person of the Year by the Boulder, Colorado, Chamber of Commerce. Friel loves to explore the mountains with his wife and daughter in Boulder, and you can follow his adventures on Instagram @DirkFriel.
Meike Jipp
Meike Jipp Head of the HumanFactors Department at the Institute of Transportation Systems of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) Meike Jipp is a professor of “Human Factors in Transportation” at the Faculty of Life Sciences of the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany). She is currently on leave to be head of the HumanFactors Department at the Institute of Transportation Systems of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). As well as that she is head of the Thematic Group “Safety” of the European Conference of Transportation Research Institutes (ECTRI) and a member of the commission “Coaction of Natural and Artificial Intelligence” of the Scientific Society of Braunschweig (BWG). Moreover, she is appointed member of the Reactor Safety Commission of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) of Germany and a member of the German Psychological Society (DGPs), the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), and the Technical Committee on Human-Machine Systems of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC).
Emmanuel John
Emmanuel John Transport Growth Initiative in Nigeria (City of Abuja) Working priorly with the Government of Nigeria at the Federal Road Safety Corps for 20 years, Emmanuel John is now the Director of Strategy of Transportation Growth Initiative (TGI) and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cycling Federation of Nigeria. Emmanuel coordinates the first open streets Initiative in Nigeria, #OpenStreetsAbuja, activities marking the #WorldBicycleDay, Development of the first draft national Cycling Policy and Strategy, the annual Africa Sustainable Urban Mobility Course, #SUMCourseAbuja holding in Abuja, the Bike Share in University Initiative, and others.
He has authored six books among which are “The Future of Urban Mobility in Nigeria: Mitigating the Impact of Population Growth on Urban Mobility” and “Non Motorised Transportation in Developing Countries”.
Sven Kindervater
Sven Kindervater Marketing and strategy, citkar GmbH As a former coach and trainer for foundation and reorientation, with a lot of experience in politics and public relations, he leads the areas of marketing and strategy at citkar, the platform for urban mobility and manufacturer of the Loadster. His focus is the development of strategies for online and offline models in the areas of customer acquisition, product development, communication and financing.
Ted King
Ted King Gravel Racer, Event Promoter, Cycling Ambassador Ted King sheds a unique perspective on contemporary cycling as a former World Tour professional and former US domestic professional, a current ambassador brands in cycling, a top-level gravel racer, as well as gravel event promoter. With a ten year career in the professional road cycling ranks, Ted raced nearly all the biggest races in the world, from grand tours to spring classics to world championships. He made the jump to Europe with the Cervelo TestTeam, then raced alongside Sagan, Nibali, Basso, and Viviani at Liquigas, next Cannondale Pro Cycling, before retiring in 2015 with Cannondale-Garmin. He’s experienced the evolution towards off-road racing over the past fifteen years and is excited to share his knowledge on the topic.
Saskia Kluit
Saskia Kluit CEO, Dutch Cyclist Union ‘Fietsersbond’ Saskia Kluit is CEO the Dutch Cyclist Union ‘Fietsersbond’ and former president of the Dutch Cycling Embassy. The Fietsersbond is an advocacy organization for cyclists and has been incubator of many great cycling innovations in the past and present. For more than 15 years Saskia has been working on smart, sustainable and healthy mobility. Her take on this topic is that as the challenges of society change, the mobility system as a whole should adapt. New technologies bring these days massive opportunities for solving complex problems and we should use them wisely.
Dagmar Köhler
Dagmar Köhler Team leader local mobility at German Institute of Urban Affairs (Difu) in Berlin Dagmar Köhler coordinates Germany's "Cycling Academy", the countries strategic programme to build capacity within local authorities and transport planners to improve cycling. Prior to joining the German Institute of Urban Affairs (Difu) in Berlin, she worked for the European city network POLIS in Brussels. For eight years, she consulted with cities from all over Europe and with the EU Institutions on topics such as walking and cycling, urban road safety and Vision Zero, transport innovation and mobility planning.
Austin McInerny
Austin McInerny Chair, Advisory Council & President (2012-'19), National Interscholastic Cycling Association As president of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) from 2012 to late 2019, Austin grew the program into the largest youth mountain biking organization in the United States. Austin transformed the NICA program from one that was race focused to a national nonprofit dedicated to youth development encompassing the values of inclusivity, equality and strong mind, body, and character for all student-athletes. Since inception, NICA has had more than 40,000 student-athletes and 10,000 adult coaches participate nationwide and the program continues to experience year-to-year growth of more than 35%. NICA is presently operating in thirty states and continues to grow. Austin is currently serving as the chair of NICA’s Advisory Council.
Kevin Mayne
Kevin Mayne Chief Executive of Cycling Industries Europe (CIE) Kevin Mayne is the Chief Executive of Cycling Industries Europe (CIE), a new international association for cycling businesses, and a Board member of the International Mountain Biking Association (Europe).
Being a leading figure in cycling advocacy and governance for over 20 years, Kevin has been working for ECF, Cycling UK, and held advisory positions to government and expert groups. Kevin is a lifelong cyclist and he blogs about cycling in his personal capacity at www.idonotdespair.com as well as tweets as @maynekevin.
Eyal Santo
Eyal Santo Advisor and director of pilot projects and innovation in bicycle and micro mobility, City of Tel Aviv DOT Being passionate about improving people's urban living with technology, regulation and cultural change, he has been involved in urban cycling and sustainable urban mobility for 11 years.

Currently co-founder of two start-ups:
  • UMo - Urban Mobility: help cities save billions of dollars using AI to predict & solve sustainability challenges
  • MyWay: world’s first dedicated social & community platform for public transit users, allowing cities to promote ridership through city content and incentives
Toms Skeuijns
Toms Skeuijns Rider for Trek Segafredo Born in 1991 in Latvia. Latvia is a small country in the Baltics that has shaped his whole life. He started racing bikes when he was 15 years old and has ridden my bike all around the world. Toms is a 2016 Olympian and racing at the highest level for the 5th year. He is known in the cycling community as a potato lover and an entertaining rider to watch.
Mark Voysey
Mark Voysey CEO & Yellow Jersey, Roula Entrepreneurial marketing exec with background in media, sponsorship, sports marketing and creative experiential with a passion for all things disruptive within the marcomms and media space. Started his career at WPP / CIA MediaNetwork (MEC) working across Nike and other pan European clients before moving to Switzerland to work at TEAM / UEFA Champions League. From there he moved to NYC to start Sponsorship information Services before founding Cunning Communications Inc which was great training for introducing Roula Cycling to the world - his latest venture.
Lael Wilcox
Lael Wilcox Ultra-Distance Cyclist Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Lael started commuting by bike in her 20s. Within a year, riding to work became riding across the country and then all over the world. She began ultra distance racing in 2015 and holds the women’s records in the Tour Divide and Trans Am. Lael is motivated to encourage more people, especially women, to ride. She co-organizes Anchorage GRIT and hosts women’s scholarships. In her most recent project, she’s partnered with Conservation International and Bikepacking.com to establish a route in Colombia to highlight the Paramos and a conservation corridor.
Ceri Woolsgrove
Ceri Woolsgrove European Cyclists Federation (Brussels, Belgium) Ceri is a Policy Officer working for the European Cyclists’ Federation in Brussels for the past 9 years. ECF represents its national cycling member associations at the level of the European Union. Ceri has two masters Degrees from Sussex and Bath Universities on Politics and International Policy analysis. He has previously worked in IT, and also in an organisation representing the logistics industry in Brussels. Currently Ceri deals with many issues concerned with cycling and transport including; sustainable urban mobility; road safety; electric mobility; smart cities; automation; new technologies; transport services; and general transport policy.
